Strengthen the legal framework & enforcement to ensure accountability for the misuse of state resources for partisan gain

Allegations of misuse of public resources. Such abuse can take many forms, including state subsidies for transportation, materials, and other in-kind contributions. These could give an unfair advance to specific candidates and reduce trust in the process. Significant barrier to the participation of women, youth, and margionalized groups with limited access to funding.

Political Parties & Candidates

Prevent registration of political parties without genuine political purpose. Registration should ensure 30% women's representation in political parties.

Limit the participation of false candidates ,parties and independent groups, such as those posing as proxy and dummy candidates and parties by imposing higher candidacy bond and higher vote quotas to reimburse those bonds.
