A website to measure the progress of electoral reforms

For the first time in Sri Lanka, PAFFREL has taken the initiation of launching a tracker to measure the progress of the electoral reforms and to present reports pertaining to field research conducted in relation to the elections to the Election Commission. 

The website will be launched in all three languages: Sinhala, Tamil and English, and all the details including the progress of the recommendations as well as the proposals related to the electoral reforms will be included. Throughout the process of developing the website, careful attention has been given to prioritize accessibility for citizens with special needs. 

The event will take place with the participation of renowned politicians, the Chairman of the Election Commission and other officials.
